How subscriptions, cancellations and refunds work on ShiftworkQ.
ShiftworkQ is offered on a subscription basis, billed per employee on the cycle chosen at purchase (monthly or annual). Access continues for the paid period.
Where a free trial is offered, you can evaluate the platform before paying. If you do not continue, no charge applies for the trial period.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period.
Monthly fees are generally non-refundable once the period has begun. For annual plans, refund requests are considered on a pro-rata basis at our discretion, less any applicable charges. Statutory rights, where they apply, are unaffected.
To cancel or request a refund, email billing@shiftworkq.com from your account’s registered address. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
